Congratulations on the first $1,000,000 harvested from Maricopa County this year

We are continuing to follow our "coincidental duo" of Associate Vice President at Fannie Mae Lea France and happy California investor known here as Orchard Terrace Estates LLC. In our posts before we've talked how our lucky investor "coincidently" happens to closely follow Lea France career with her unique sales management style and became extremely successful at acquiring Fannie Mae properties at a great discount and flipping them for an incredible profit. Check out our previous posts for details.

Today we've run our analysis one more time can finally report the good news - the first $1,000,000 harvested from Maricopa County alone this year. How do we know this? We just check our county records from time to time using the following this link. So can you.

https://recorder.maricopa.gov/recdocdata/GetRecDataPaging.aspx?biz1=ORCHARD+TERRACE+ESTATES+LLC&biz2=&fn1=&mn1=&ln1=&fn2=&mn2=&ln2=&begdt=01/01/1947&enddt=7/31/2011&doc1=&doc2=&doc3=&doc4=&doc5=

But wait, $1,000,000 is not the end of this story. With half of the flips still in progress our sweet duo is well on their way to collect second million before the year end. We will keep you updated.

As always, we would like to hear your opinion. The blog is anonymous and you do not need to leave your name if you would not like to. We would really like to hear from other real estate agents in our and other states who's business was affected by the Lea France's unconventional management style or if you are just concerned how this may affect you.

By the way, does anybody knows which area of the country Associate Vice President of Fannie Mae Lea France manages now and how our lucky investor Orchard Terrace Estates LLC is doing there?

  1. You are providing an invaluable service. Please continue exposing the FRAUD being committed. Hopefully criminal/civil charges will be filed against Lea France and any complicit parties.

  2. Is it odd that some of the same Listing and Selling Brokers, often with different sales people, are involved in these sales? Maybe just coincidence? Perhaps it's even stranger that a number of different brokerages are also represented. Don't investors tend to like to use the same buying and listing agent when they find one they like? Certainly seems to me that they've had several agents help them meet some pretty good ROI.

Oh, and how about another coincidence? A quick Google search shows that Orchard Terrace (a California LLC) is managed by Catherine and Greg Hostetler. One of the title company's notary public's names that pops up a few times is J. Hostetler.

I can think of a few legit explanations for these facts, but definitely makes you scratch your head and wonder.

  4. I am looking at a property for sale by the lucky team, Orchard Terrace Estates, LLC. Here is my assessment; Records show they bought the REO early this year for a little over $200k and are selling for over 260k. Pictures available show that there were 2 bedrooms painted. No other noticible repairs. The property is strictly as-is. I looked up the seller and found this blog. What has amazed me until today was that it was available for 200+ when the offering value is closer to 250+ but now I understand it! I'm now happy too. I see it's pure coincidence! Awesome. Now if i could only find some of that magic dust for my own use.... thanks

  5. I am a Broker and have only had good experiences with Lea France and I've dealt with many of the various sales reps over the years. If you follow Broker Guidelines and perform, you shouldn't have any problems. I understand price reductions are subject to Fannie Mae policy and Manager approval. Your comments sound like sour grapes. Rather than doing a "hatchet job" on someone, why don't you call her directly and discuss your issues. You sound like a coward to me.

  6. Yikes! Just discovered this blog and I can't believe the slanderous trash I'm reading. I am a Broker in the Northwest have not shared your bad experiences with her. I have found her to be very professional. Frankly you sound like a Broker who has been suspended or terminated. All of the complaints above sound like they are from the same person. Could you be Dan F? I sure hope you can prove all of your accusations, Dan, because it sounds like Lea France has a good case for a lawsuit.

  7. Lea is with out any doubt one of the most perfessional persons I have ever meet in my 40 plus years of managing my own busines and managing a large corperation .. I have had the pleasure of working with Lea for a number of years and she requries a very high level of performance from all of us.. and only the weak and the unblanced people could find faught with her.. If you are not performing to Fannie Mae standards you will surely know it in short time.. If you do you best and follow the brokers guide line you will be rewarded by Fannie mae and Lea France..
In this age of computors , enter net it is easy for a coward to hide and make untrue statements about good people like Lea France.. I have worked with Lea and 20 other Fannie Mae folks and I find them all to be very professional.
People who would cast doubt on other need to look in the mirror for the ture crook..

  8. John D(?) Clearly you are trying to influence readers to see you as a victim. These people work about 75 - 80 hours a week to do the best job possible for their employer and the American taxpayers. Many of them have been there 20 years. It is apparent that you are not interested in the facts, only your agenda. It is a shame that you are trying to ruin Ms. France's reputation by presenting yourself as John D(oe) and not by your real name. Take off your hood, no one supports the Klan anymore thank God.

  9. It look as if John D will continue to hide out some place and not come forward with his real name and contact information.. There must be some fear of lossing something?? maybe the balance of the small inventory he has. Brokers and people in general that are successful have little time to research this information..and report on it.. What a waste of time.
Lea France you are the best!!!!!

  11. I worked at Fannie Mae for a long time and I can assure you these things do not happen...this could be considered actionable on Lea's part.
